Self-care is essential if we are to look and feel like the best versions of ourselves daily. So take time for yourself so that you will like a happier and more contented version of yourself upon your return. For example, if you enjoy going for an early morning jog, then do so; if you enjoy unwinding in front of the television, then catch up on your favorite show. Or if you want to have a power nap after a long day, then don’t deprive yourself of one.
