There are many ways to use a journal. One of the ways I like to focus on is the use of journals for organizing the mind and life.

I would just like to share 10 ways you can use your journal to organize your mind:

9. Providing clarity of mind by writing To-Do Lists
10. Focusing on and interpreting feelings and emotions

Here are 10 ways to use journals to organize your life:

1. Creating To-Do Lists for daily chores and errands
2. Creating daily, weekly, or monthly goals
3. Organizing recipes
4. Organizing coupons and receipts
5. Keeping track of family chores and responsibilities

To assist in my daily life and in the life of my customers, I have created the Journal Junky® Mini Binder Series. The Journal Junky® My Mini Binder™ series is made up of fun and functional, eco-friendly specialty journals that inspire organization in one’s home, mind, day, and life.

The Mini Binder Series is a collection of mini journals with the following titles:

My Mini Binder of Grocery Lists™

The Journal Junky® Mini Binder of Grocery Lists was designed to take the “chore” out of grocery shopping. With 100 removable grocery list cards and its 15 categories covering all of one’s grocery shopping needs, this little book makes the task manageable and not so overwhelming.

My Mini Binder of To-Do Lists™

In a world of technology, I feel it is so important to write things down. The Palm has taken over, and the paper To-Do List seemingly is becoming obsolete. Here at Journal Junky®, we believe that checking off accomplished tasks is so empowering.
This mini binder is designed to keep one’s To-Do Lists in one place. The binder is small, refillable, compact, and easy to carry along. Each page boasts of an inspiring quote. The writer can prioritize his or her tasks and check them off upon completion. This mini binder includes 100 removable To-Do List cards.

My Mini Binder of Recipes™

In my opinion, there is nothing worse than having a taste for a special dish and being unable to find the recipe! One night, after fruitlessly searching through drawers and books for my delicious Sweet Potato Pound Cake recipe, I decided I needed to create a Recipe Binder in which to house all of my favorite culinary dishes. The binder stands up on its own providing the cook with convenient access to the recipe. This binder also includes 100 removable recipe cards.
There are so many more ideas on the horizon for this series!

In a world where everything is fast, instantaneous, and demanding, life can become quite overwhelming. The mind can become overly taxed which often results in an unorganized and chaotic life. Here at Journal Junky®, we like to slow down, clear our minds and write.

Our Mini Binders provide that brief moment of stillness, when one takes the time to write down tasks, special recipes, goals, the grocery list, or a quick thought or note. The mini binders are convenient to carry on the go, and only take up a small bit of space in a bag or purse. These binders are designed with fun prints that may bring a smile, (or at least color), to a rainy day. Each specialty journal is unique, and provides value to those who use it. It has proved beneficial in our lives, and in the lives of our customers, and again, it is our goal to share this benefit with others.

This week don’t forget to use your journal to get organized!

Write It Down & Get It Done!

BIO
Nicole A resized 600Hi! My name is Nicole Annette and I am the owner of Journal Junky. I grew up addicted to nature, writing, journaling, paper, and pens. I use journals to express my dreams, my heart, my wishes, and my thoughts. I use them for notes, lists, drawing, planning, and much more.
I dreamed of a way to share my passion of paper and of all things writing with others-thus Journal Junky was born!
In 2008 Journal Junky established an online presence (www.ILoveJournals.com) offering a unique line of eco-friendly journals. Our journals are awesome, recycled, and have that element of handmade creativity. We proudly support a variety of independent artists and designers. Journal Junky products can also be found in a number of boutiques across the U.S.A. and internationally in Australia.
Our mission is to inspire others to write, record, organize, and share their special moments (while respecting the earth).
