Journaling Tips #71

(JTC) Journaling Tips #72 - Alphabet Soup

Write down the letters of the alphabet. One letter for one line. Then go back and quickly write down the first word that comes to you when you see each letter. No thinking, just writing. Finally, go back and pick a word or words that speak to you.  Circle them and journal about them.

BONUS JOURNALING TIP

"Stress is often misplaced creative energy looking for purpose and expression."
~Michelle James

(JTC) Journaling Tips #71 - Lust for Life

Whose Life are you leading? When someone tells you to "Get a Life", how does that make you feel?  Work with your journal and see if you resemble that remark.

BONUS JOURNALING TIP

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.
 ~ H. Jackson Brown

(JTC) Journaling Tips #70 – Same Time Next Year

In 'Hamlet' Polonius said, "Brevity is the Soul of Wit".  Work with your Journal and come up with your theme (1-3 words max) for the New Year. This will give you a focus to your goal setting process.

BONUS JOURNALING TIP

Miracles happen every day, change your perception of what a miracle is and you'll see them all around you.
 ~Jon Bon Jovi
