We all know certain people that "drive us crazy", that "push our buttons", that "talk right through us", that we allow to stress us out. Write about your last encounter with that person: explore your thoughts and feelings (emotional and physical). Take a break. Then come back and set a goal and create an action plan for your next successful meeting with them.
