Journal Prompts #252 - Re-Write Your Wrongs

Open Your Journal to 2 fresh, clean pages. On the left page, make a list of the negative, super-critical things you automatically say to and/or about your self. 

Then, on the right side page, rewrite each item into a positive, supportive statement. Choose one of the positive statements and for the next 21 Days, write that statement at the very top of each new journal page.
