 HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Where to now? Ignore goals, resolutions, and all the things you think you should be doing this time of year. Start small. Create self-care opportunities first thing this year. Schedule 5 minutes every day just for you and your pen and your Journal. Put it in your calendar or set it up so you get an email reminder or use an audio app that prompts you it's time for Y-O-U. Your choice. Then, when it's your time, do what you feel like doing: Start from where you are and do a free-writing data dump or Ask your Journal a question and write, write, write. Ask your Journal a question, do a brief meditation, and then write the answer. If you feel like just closing your eyes and being present to your breathing, and then writing a list of what you want, go for it. It's Y-O-U Time.
