Do a page (or more if you dare) of positive, yes just positive, journal writing. As gossip, negatives, whiny words and phrases come up, rewrite them then and there! It'll take a lot of practice, practice, practice but it'll change you into a mentally, spiritually and physically healthier person. WriteON!
