Thinking Automatic Positive Thoughts about ourselves is continually challenging, isn't it? Personal transformation is possible when we consciously choose to change the shape of our underlying thoughts.

So take a day, and write down what your negative thoughts are as they pop into your head. At the end of the day, review the list and pick one thought and work with your Journal on a turnaround plan.
