![career journaling challenge](https://www.createwritenow.com/hs-fs/file-13038158-jpg/images/do_what_you_love-cover-resized-202.jpg)The question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” is much more complicated as an adult than it was as a child. If you’re like many people, you probably don’t have a quick and easy answer ready, and with further thought it brings up deeper, more challenging questions, such as: What is your life’s greatest passion? What is your secret dream job? Is it possible to have a career that is fulfilling* and* pays the bills?

Whether you are still searching for your ideal career path or you know what you want to do but are unsure of how to get there, career journaling is an excellent way to make strides in your personal development and bring your goals into focus.
