Journaling Tips #63

Well, with Halloween, the holiday season has officially started. Retailers would have us believe that the holiday season kicked off Labor Day weekend as stores announced all sorts of tricks and treats.  Yum, yum, yummy Reese’s peanut butter cups!

This year here in Boston, it will be end of October chilly (I won’t mention that we’re but a stone’s throw away from November) but clear. I can’t recall too many non-rainy, non-snow flurry October 31s as a child but I feel the wet weather was somehow more attractive to the true spirits of the holiday.

Now that I‘ve worked through many fears with my Journal, I’m ready to explore one of my scariest childhood memories-- the Banshees from the movie, “ Darby O’Gill and the Little People” and swap stories and share some healing magic potions with my Journal.

Who still scares you?
