We're all very experienced at avoiding, over-analyzing and stuffing down our emotions. Why not do something different? Pick a recurring stressful situation: Sit down with your Journal and some deep, relaxing breaths and at the top of a new page write, "Isn't it interesting that..." and just note what's going on inside physically and emotionally.  Bet you come up with some new clues and insights. #WriteON!
