Vincent Van Gogh said, "If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced. Rather than following his advice, take your Journal on an adventure to uncover and reconnect with your True Voice and show her/him the sunflowers and the starry night.

And speaking of Voices, listen to the [Voices of the Earth Show](http://www.blogtalkradio.com/artoflivingwell/2014/05/28/voices-of-the-earth-welcomes-mari-mccarthy?utm_source=Journaling+Action+Tips+5%2F29%2F2014&utm_campaign=Journaling+Tips+5%2F29%2F14&utm_medium=email)  with Uber Journaler, Carol Ohmart Behan and Mari.
