Creative Approach to a More Organized Life

Boston, MA: CreateWriteNow’s highly praised journaling program, 21 Days Organize Your Life Journaling Challenge, is scheduled to return Tuesday, March 1st, 2016.

Launched just last year and previously titled 21 Days Declutter Your Life Journaling Challenge, the program has been lauded for its original approach to helping participants tackle issues of clutter and disorganization—and related feelings of stress and overwhelm—from the inside out.

Offering a unique mix of daily journaling exercises in combination with online guidance and support, the 21-day program takes participants on an introspective journey that gets to the heart of the patterns of thinking and behavior that can lead to clutter in the first place.

Each day, participants work through a series of journaling exercises presented in the related course eBook. Taking a deep dive into ‘where things are today’, journalers re-think current habits, set goals to overcome challenges and forge a new path towards peace of mind and a more organized future.

Participants are also invited to join a private Facebook group, where they can share experiences and support, and connect directly with Mari McCarthy, journaling therapy expert and founder of CreateWriteNow.

Offered McCarthy, “Mental clutter leads to physical clutter. This program provides step-by-step guidance and support almost anyone can use to bring more order—and clarity—to their lives.”

Added McCarthy, “I’ve been inspired by the benefits of journaling for over eighteen years. The exercises in this course were developed to help others learn what I’ve learned to get the most out of the incredible power of journaling.”

All that is needed to participate in the Challenge is the related eWorkbook—and a pen! eWorkbooks are available for purchase in multiple formats including eBooks, which can be purchased at the CreateWriteNow journaling store.  Other formats include downloadable versions for Kindle, iPad, and NOOK.
