Sam Lytle is a self-proclaimed tech “geek” and journaling fanatic who created the website Easy Journaling to help people with busy lives find time for personal journaling. Sam has written fantastic guest blog posts  for Create Write Now in the past, so I was excited to check out his new e-book, Modern Journaling: The Complete Guide to Keeping a Personal Journal or Diary in the 21st Century .
