"WRITING FOR THE HEALTH OF IT" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
$Account.OrganizationName A therapeutic tool, a healing technique also known as Creative Writing Therapy, that helps you discover who really lives in the body you've carried around lo these many years. It is a way to learn how your minds and emotions affect you physically. Through Journaling, you see your complexity, see how you've overcomplicated and dis-eased yourself. You uncover the origins of faulty thoughts and feelings (from childhood, from genetics, from society) and you can then choose to change, build a healthy self-relationship with loving, supportive dialogue, positive feedback and constructive criticism. "Writing for the Health of It" means spending quality time with you and you alone. Learn more about it in   Dr. Andrew Weil's article:   "Journaling: Self-Healing through Writing" on page 6 of his newsletter.

*YOU WRITE THE SONGS* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

My new album, "A Baby Boomer's Christmas" will be out this December 1. The playlist contains only Christmas songs composed after 1951. I'm writing  additional lyrics to "Rockin Around the Christmas Tree" by Brenda Lee and "Christmas Don't Be Late" by The Chipmunks.

So anyone who attended or heard about the goings-on at a "Christmas Party Hop" or "Sock Hop", I need  a full report, please. Also, if you were a child in the 1950's or 1960, what did you want Santa to bring you? (We all know Alvin wanted a hula hoop.) Please email me  or call me at  781- 834-6331   Thanks!

I've sold 50 "My Favorite Sings" CDs. Half-way to my goal! All proceeds go to the Kingston School of Music. You can hear sound clips and order it  at Mari McCarthy's Music.
