Journaling is an inexpensive, readily-available self-help tool for discovering who you really are and for repairing, restoring and recreating a healthy relationship with yourself.
Journaling teaches us how to dialogue with our body to find the sources of our pain, stress and disease. Through a daily or routine journaling practice, we CHOOSE to continue to live from our past ('cause that's the way we've always done it!) or to live in the present and move towards accomplishing our goals.
How do you start or restart your Journaling Practice? Ah, let me count the ways. Sometimes it helps to talk about other people: "How could (name) do such a thing? "It makes me so crazy when (name) .... something that emotionally and/or physically upsets you. Or you could ask questions about yourself : "Why do I...?" "What am I feeling?" "Who am I"?
