We're compiling a pocket/purse-sized book of Journaling TA DA Tips like this one:

I write at least a page a day right before bed. I use it as a ritual to close the day, clear my head, and frame even disappointing or frustrating experiences in a positive light. I list my victories and gratitudes -- little things I've accomplished that day and things for which I'm grateful. (Melia www.reschoolyourself.com)

Please send us your Journaling Tips (40-60 words). We'll put yours in The Book and in our weekly (JWC) Journaling Tips published on Facebook, Twitter and on Create Write Now.
