 Seasons Greetings for this most wonderful time of the year! Here's a healthy new way to enjoy the holidaze....Give YOURSELF a present first! It's called " A Gratitude Journal". Check around your house for a pad of paper, dust off your old journal or add "journal" to your list before you head out to the mall again. Lately, I'm using a Staples semi-legal pad for my journaling jaunts. Need some ideas on how to get started? Try a Ten Minute Missive. Or set a goal like 15 minutes or one sheet of paper and then write about all the parts of YOU that you are thankful for...maybe start with giving thanks to your body and all that it does for you and see where that leads...
