How does the 53WWR Journal work?

You turn off and hide, if you must, all technological distractions. You send your Inner Critics, Board of Distractors -whatever you call your inner chatterboxes- out to play in traffic. Put on some music, light candles, relax with a cup of tea, or some water. Wear comfortable clothing. Then, close your eyes, relax for a few minutes (and don't forget to breathe), read that week's Writing Retreat exercise, and write away.
