Throughout the year, CreateWriteNow offers Journaling Challenges to individuals wishing to learn more about the ways journaling can be used as a tool for setting and achieving personal goals, improving personal relationships and health, or simply to become more consistent in their daily journaling practice through the inspiration, support and encouragement of other journalers.
Facilitated by Mari L. McCarthy, participants follow daily exercises presented in an easy-to-follow eWorkbook format, and are invited to share ideas, insights and 'lessons learned' in an optional interactive Facebook Workshop. Writing exercises are completed in private, so individuals can share to whatever extent they feel comfortable while keeping personal details to themselves.
