Mari's personal journalI awakened with the birds today; I feel that I am back in my body clock zone after a couple of days of being up waaay ahead of my birdsongs wakeup call. Got my showering and exercising down to 35 minutes so that I was at my office desk at 6:09 for my daily dose of Morning Pages. This is day 29 of my current Morning Pages (MP 30) 30 Day Challenge.
