Journaling Tips #69

~~~Remember...Write... Reflect. Think back over this past year. Make lists of everything that happened and write, write and write. Then take one of the happenings and reflect on the learnings therein.~~~
Perhaps you want to reflect on the most devastating or delicious experience. Maybe choose the incident that still affects you emotionally or that pains parts of your body when you put it all down on paper. Maybe this quote from Marilyn Monroe will   inspire your reflection process:
“I believe that everything happens for a reason. People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.”
Observe, note, be aware of your thoughts and feelings, work on self-compassion and WriteON!
